I am non celiac gluten sensitive.i react to modified maize starch,corn derived stuff and oats even gluten-free and chest tightness is the symptom I get after being glutened.lasts about 24/48 hours.stomach slows up digesting so feel really off for a couple of days.ive had in excess of 21 ecg's due...
  2. Eggs are more well done when used in baking.i can't eat scrambled,fried or boiled but a cake or something every now and again I can tolerate.i also have issues with cheese but not yogurt or milk in tea
