About Me

I was diagnosed about 16 years ago with Celiac Disease. I think my mother also had it. I know she had an allergy to wheat. I also have Lupus, Ehlers-danlos syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, several types of arthritis, TMJ, and too many more things to list. I have a very loving boyfriend who takes care of me and helps me with day-to-day tasks. I am very fortunate, I know.

    I do not think they chose overweight people. I have Celiac, and I have noticed many years ago that my legs and my hips had become much thinner, even after having children. I didn't understand why until I read this article. I wonder if the reason why I tend to gain weight in my abdominal area may be a Celiac thing also. I am not overweight. However, when I...
