I took it every night for about 2 years, but that was 4 years ago. It helped me fall asleep, but sometimes I would wake up still middle of the night. I used to take a couple pills a night, about 6 mg. It never hurt me. I have always had problems absorbing meds. Having taken anything since I have been gluten free, so I dont know now.
