Hi there, I've been reading a lot of posts tonight and getting hungrier by the minute... I have a question for you...pardon my ignorance but how can celiacs/gluten free eat tortillas and nachos and yogurt?? I'm so hungry every time I read about all these great dishes!! Please tell me why all the talk about Mexican food if it all has flour... -
I'm surely no expert and celiac disease is new to me too - however, while reading these posts, I had to add my two cents worth. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
