  1. I have taken the vitamins for a week. Haven't noticed any major changes but I will give it more time to see.
  2. So I have the Benfo, Thiamax, and Neuromag along with my Super B Complex. When I read the labels it says take 3/take 4 times a day but one pill a day is ok correct since its 4 pills at breakfast.
  3. The thiamax and benfo I ordered should come tomorrow. I will start Friday ny b complex the benfo and thiamax for breakfast. I haven't ordered magnesium yet. I wanted to start with this first then add magnesium. Should it be fine to take b complex the thia/benfo and eventually magnesium at breakfast together? Thanks

  5. Yes Bobs redmill cgf oatmeal I started when I became gluten-free. So taking all 3 with breakfast should work? Will I notice any reactions getting used to these or should I be fine. Thanks
  6. So I purchased the Life Extension Benfotiamine with Thiamine along with the Thiamax. I will take along with my Super B Complexes. I stopped taking the multi vitamins. Should I take all 3 vitamins/supplements together with my morning oatmeal breakfast? Do you think I will experience any bad symptoms when taking them.

  8. I made it through the holiday w/o being glutened. I had my brother cook with gluten-free breadcrumbs and I didn't get sick. I baked cookies with gluten-free flour and had dry ingredients for cookies in ziplock bag. I also made gluten cookies as well and guess I did good washing to avoid CC.   9. What do you mean it would not allow any celiac to eat gluten again. I think if this helps cross contamination when eating out at a non dedicated gluten-free restaurant this would be nice not to encounter the pains. But is their a daily enzyme to take to help strengthen the digestive system?

  16. Thanks very interesting I have to see if I should take these 2 vitamins along with my multi and super Vit B complex or if its too much or would hurt me. I don't have any other health issues but would love to see if this improves anything especially to feel stronger build muscle.
  17. Thanks for the info. Yes I am aware about the testing but I don't want to eat gluten again and go through the pain to get tested. I will speak with my doctor in March about it but I heard next year they should have the blood test where they add gluten to see results instead of forcing to eat gluten over the long period to get tested.   19. I haven't had any tests for celiac. I didn't think I'm celiac based upon symptoms as I noticed no issues with lil contamination but I'm the sitting when I go for yearly physical I will get more info on testing etc. I stopped taking multivitamins to see if I noticed any differences.
