  4. As an update: the manufacturer says there are no wheat or gluten containing ingredients used in the factory. They also offered a refund. I have seen cross contamination warnings on DIFFERENT brands of frozen vegetables before: presumably because they are running breaded okra etc. on the same lines. Our house has been gluten free for over a year...

  6. My family just got sick after eating Costco's Maas River Farms Green Beans for the first time. I've looked on the Maas River Farm's website and they do not say anything about gluten. Unlike Scott Adams, we did not pre-wash them.
