    Had the test today, and thank god it's over. I have a reaction to Demerol and to fentinol. so I ended up having only versed.     At 12:30 pm today I will be having my endoscopy. I can't wait. I will go back on my gluten free diet after the test. I am so tired of my legs hurting. I wonder how long it will be after I have my test to get my results? Wish me luck. I am a little scared of the test. I am also having a colonoscopy. Fun times I tell ya. Fun times.

    It is called Dempsey Bakery, it is not opened yet but should be in about 6 weeks. it will be on 4th and cross I think. Will let you know when it opens. I am in Mabelvale. Just outside of Little Rock.

    Thank you to both of you for replying. I am just allergic to the adhesive. I'm allergic to tape as well, the itching from the patch has gone away. maybe I just needed to get used to it. I still want a cigarett in the worst way but am determined to quit smoking. Thanks for your help. sherry.

    I just put on a 21 mg nicotine patch and just wondered if anyone knows, is the adhesive on the patch gluten free? I am allergic to the adhesive but will put up with the itching and blisters in order to quit smoking. I am too scared not to quit now.     They do want you to have antibodies so if you are gluten free they will not want your plasma. Also for other diseases if you start treatment, they want your plasma within a few weeks of diagnosis so you will still have antibodies.

    Well heck, I am a nurse, I only work the weekends but I use a LOT of alcohol sanitizer. Now I am going to have to look at the ingredients. I didn't even think that it could contain wheat. I can't win for losin.

    I looked on the package and did not see any gluten products on it. I went to the web site and they said if there was wheat in it they would list it per federal regulations.     No, I would not get it. I don't trust anything the FDA puts out or approves. Just look at Darvocet, The FDA said it was safe and had it on the market for years then stated that it was not safe after all and pulled it off the market.     Hahaha. Thank you for that, I laughed so hard I almost peed myself. Now how did you know it would turn out like that. You should have seen it. It was heavy like a brick and it had curly swirls on top kinda like meringue. So tell me. Is there any gluten free bread that taste's like regular bread?     I have a mix from gluten free pantry. Favorite sandwich bread mix. I haven't had time to go to whole foods and buy the other mixes. I want to try pamela's bread mix.     I was going to attempt to make my first homemade bread today, and was just wondering do you have to freeze it or if you intend to use it all within a few days to a week can you leave it out in a bag.     It is in tonic water but Doctor Carttar told me that there is not very much in the water and I would have to drink a lot of it to help me. I looked online and found a pharmacy in Canada that sells Quinine. I have already ordered it and I have to send my prescription to them then they will send it to me.

    I may check into that so I won't have to try and remember to take my blasted pills. Taking two pill instead of 4 sounds better.

    How much do you take. My doc said that he tells everyday people with no deficiency in it to take 500 MG a day. Since I am so low on it I have to take 1000 MG a day. I do it in 250 MG at a time or else I will have the BIG D in a big way. he also said to eat something with it and it won't be so bad. WE'LL See. haha.

    I don't know if I could eat enough veggies to make up for all the vit I am deficient in , But I am going to try and do both. Take my vit pills and eat veggies too.     So, I went to see the Doctor. The first time I saw him he did blood work and apparently I was very deficient in magnesium. He wanted me to take 1000 MG of magnesium. Well I have never been good at taking pills. I forget to take them alot. It also gives me alot of diarrhea. So he was a little bit upset that I haven't been taking my vitamins. So he test...

    I have always had leg cramps, I have been gluten free for 7 days now and my leg cramps are even worse. They are really bad. I am not deficient in potassium and I have been taking magnesium. What else can I do? I am going today to see the Doc.

    There is going to be a new Gluten-Free Bakery in Little Rock Arkansas! It will be on 4th and Cross Streets. I looked up thier facebook page and it will be a dedicated gluten free bakery, with hot dog buns and hamburger buns and bread and cakes. I can't wait to try their sandwich bread. They will open around mid June.

    I have very severe allergies as well as asthma and have 3 meds for asthma. sybicort, spiriva and a rescue inhaler. I have only been gluten free for 4 days today will be my 5th day. I hope I am like the rest of you and going gluten free helps. This is a very interesting poll.

    How did you make free form rolls? If the bread mixes are like a thick batter dosen't it just run on the pan it you pour it to make rolls?
