    It's not hard at all to get good tasting gluten-free food if you prepare it yourself. I use the same time-tested recipes that I've used for years, substituting gluten-free ingredients.     Our home is mostly gluten free. The only things containing gluten are things my husband eats, all store bought & packaged, that I don't want to eat. He also has a separate butter tub so his crumbs don't get in my butter tub. Everything prepared in my kitchen is gluten free. It works best that way. My experience is in line with the author on this.

    Hi Amirenthsia, 2 of my co-workers get the same rash after eating gluten, and they have both been diagnosed with Celiac. I had a similar issue with wondering if I should start eating gluten again just to get the test.
