  1. I have a painful lump around my hip and intestine. 3 inches long at least. I am celiac and the doctor said it was likely just fat. So would this be a lipoma then? They didn't see anything on an ultrasound. It's a painful lump, or has lots of pressure.
  2. The diet part wasn't really important. It's the soreness that was strange. I haven't worked out for my abs or anything like that but I felt really sore as if I had honestly done 100s of crunches. Was wondering if anyone else has had similar soreness. Well anyway since lack of mucos is related...
  3. For a month I kept thinking the creamer was making me react and it made me feel like I had gluten. My gluten caused discomfort is different than dairy discomfort. International Delight and Coffee Mate(?) creamers make me feel glutenned. Do we just react to genetic engineering foods or some of them...
  4. Past few days I've been working on a diet plan that will hopefully help more than what I've been doing. This morning I woke up feeling like I did a few hundred crunches yesterday though all I did was rest. My constipation problems haven't ever given me this type of discomfort so I'm not sure if it...
  5. It's common to get worse when becoming gluten free. It's going to take a while. Your body healing will deplete your stored nutrients. I got really sick when I first tried to be Gluten-Free, and I've gone through stages of sick and not so sick without breaking my diet. Itll likely just keep happening...
  6. Hi Lacey, I'm Laycee multiple allergies here too, including my pet. I did research and found that for my personal allergies that are not food related, pineapple eases my sinuses really well. I encourage you to find natural forms of antihistamines and see if they help at all. Do you use acupressure...
  7. 1st this could be controversial so ask the doctor. That being said only Celiacs are aware of how complex the gluten issue is especially with how it can make you feel. Now, I have PTSD because of sexual abuse before and during elementary school, sexual abuse by grandfather during middle and high school...
  8. I believe I've been reacting to Glutino pop tarts. I get panicked within an hour of eating them.
  9. Hello eturnquist, Sorry you are being cross contaminated! 1st I would suggest you keeping your cookware in your own room. Better safe than sorry because cross contamination still causes damage to your body, which makes healing take that much longer all over again. 2nd, take care of yourself after...
  10. You likely are not being glutenned because of chicken. However you could have an allergy or such to chicken. You should know that people with gluten issues likely have other allergies and intolerance issues. I gluten-free, but also lactose intolerant, allergies to nuts, and I've never been able to...
