I thought it was ok when I was first diagnosed but later realized I was dreading taco night because I didn't feel well after. Decided to look for issues, found the taco seasoning to be the problem, verified with my Nima (which others will tell you is no good for testing spices but it works fine as far as I'm concerned). I have been using McCormic Original Taco seasoning forever & newly diagnosed Celiac with a gluten eating family I can't just throw away my kitchen (although there has been recent discussions of building a gluten-free kitchenette for me).
