Ikea

Mosaics

My daughter and I planned to go to the grand opening of the new Ikea store in the Dallas area yesterday. We were getting ready to go, but thankfully my daughter was listening to the radio and they were talking about the opening. They said that all the parking places were full and that the line to get in was all the way around the bldg.I hate crowds like that so we decided not to go. It's about a 30 minute drive for us so I would have been annoyed if I drove all that way and then wasn't able to go in.Some people had spent the night in the parking lot so that they could be the first through the doors in the morning. What kind of person does something like that? I mean, the store will be open for years to come...who cares if you get in on the first day?
