Anyone gone through public school gluten free?
I have celiac disease and work in public school kitchen it is not gluten free but I must be careful there are several students that have issues but haven’t heard anything about it it is not taken seriously in my opinion and it is I would love to find other resources that can be available for us but I also don’t know what to do or where…. -

It might be worth a try to see if that is causing you issues. I've not tried it, but don't have the same issues with fruits and vegetables. -

Thank you. i actually get my cheeses generally from Costco: Brie, and Manchego. but I recall getting reactions from buying Supermarket shredded Mexican mix cheese, and now I know why. Thank you. -

Swollen Lymph Nodes
Hello my gluten free friends, I am 2 years out from diagnosis and doing well. A year prior to having any symptoms I noticed a swollen lymph node. This has been 3ish years ago now. The lymph node currently is still swollen. I recently went back to the doctor for it. They did an ultrasound and found it to have “no suspicious activity and benign in nature”....
