    Jefferson Adams is Celiac.com's senior writer and Digital Content Director. He earned his B.A. and M.F.A. at Arizona State University.     Fortunately, sesame chicken is pretty easy to make. Here's a recipe for delicious gluten-free sesame chicken that comes together easily, and will have your guests smiling.
    Ingredients:
    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces 3 tablespoons potato starch or tapioca flour 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon canola or safflower oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 2-3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce, or tamari 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ½ cup chicken stock ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoons pepper Directions:
    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
