Gluten Protein Airborne

Not quite sure what you mean. Flour dust becomes airborne when one pours out a cupfull into a mixing bowl and it can stay in the air for hours and hours. A celiac or someone with NCGI not only can but WILL breathe that dust in where it will get into the back of the throat and be swallowed. Therefore no one with celiac should be around flour at all. The same holds true for the dust from dried pet foods.


Is that what you were asking?

gluten-free since June, 2011

It took 3 !/2 years but my intolerances to corn, soy, and everything else (except gluten) are gone!
