Okay. So I know that drinking straight milk still bugs my stomach - I'm basically a 7 month old Celiac now :o)...and still have some lactose issues.

I seem to be able to tolerate the bread I make in my bread machine with the dry powdered milk. Does anyone know why this would be? ...And does anyone know what I could do to replace that dry powdered milk in my bread recipes (if I should, of course) - can you just eliminate it all together? I would love to use a liquid like my almond milk - but I can't figure out the conversion for 2/3 cup of powdered milk to a liquid almond milk measurement.

Also - does anyone have any milk-free bread machine recipes?
