Hi looking for someone from Louisiana that may know if there is a gluten free flour that can be used to make roux for gumbo. I have tried a couple of flours but it didn't work. Anybody will do it's just gumbo is mostly a Louisiana dish so that's why i specified LA.

:) Hi I am not from Louisianna, but have you tried cornstarch or potato starch? I use those often for thickening. Hope you can get good results from one of those, and let us know how it turns out!
