Recommended Posts

I have been Gluten free since January 2011. Just recently I wake up withslighty swollen hands red palms and I can't make a fist. Is this normal, it is freaking me out a bit...

No, I would say that that was not normal. Is it your fingers that are swollen or your whole hand? Does it go away after an hour or two? I would say that you probably should consult a rheumatologist if this problem continues.
