Here is the recipe for my Gluten, Dairy, Nut and Soy Free Raspberry & Coconut Muffins. These melt-in-your- mouth muffins are fairly healthy, and have that perfect taste that makes you crave for a second one!

They are great for a quick snack or to put in your kid's lunch boxes for school.

I could ramble on about how fantastic these muffins are, but i think you should just bake them yourselfs and see what YOU think! Please give feedback :)

INGREDIENTS:

200 g Gluten & Wheat Free Self Raising Flour

150 g Sugar
