Are we really still fighting this battle, that you have to have the 'appearance' of being severely malnourished to be celiac? Does the medical profession still yet not understand that you can be overweight and malnourished at the same time? That the body that is not receiving the right nutrients hangs on to every nutrient it can get because it perceives famine becaust it is being deprived of what it needs and takes whatever it can get??

Well, at least this is my theory :P and since no one is doing any research to contradict it, I am sticking to it for now :ph34r:
