Yes, it was not as annoying as some quotes from registered dieticians. :P But does it ever occur to them that some of us handle (make use of) fat better than sugars or substitute grains ?

I have been experimenting with myself on what sorts of food works before exercise. Much to their dismay, I can still confirm that 'carbohydrates only' before is still going to make my stamina go to **** and I will crash and burn quicker.
