B12, Iron, Thyroid & Vitamin D. Best Time To Take?

Just found out I need B12 and Iron. I'm already on Thyroid and Vitamin D and will be on some form of DHA/EPA and omegas soon. How should I be spacing these out and when is the best time to take them? I'm taking my Thyroid in the morning now because it was keeping me up at night. Thanks!
