I was diagnosed with barrette esophagus and celiac disease. Very hard one says for a food the other says no. What do you do? What if you can't afford to buy 2 of everything to cook with What do you do. I'm only one out of 2 others in my household that has barrette and celiac. Life throws you a hard ball sometimes -
Having such a hard time with contamination. There's 3 in household I'm only one with celiac. Can't afford to buy my own pots toaster or how to cook my meat so Don't get cross contaminated. Been just browning my toast in my little frying pan. gluten-free food is expensive been lost 11 pounds scared to eat. Started wearing gloves to make there meal need...
