we call it "jimmy legs" and I had that about one week out of every month. The week I stopped gluten I had it TERRIBLY! for about three nights but then it quit altogether. -
Great Value? Is that the WalMart brand? I have an unopened pack in my freezer. I have Meijer brand that I am eating now and they are delicious and give me no reaction.

I'm glad that you posted this. I am one week gluten free today and every night I turn this way, then turn that way, get up, drink some milk, lay back down, get up again. I've never been like this my whole life. I sleep fine once I fall asleep, but it takes a long time to feel asleep. Then, when Im trying to fall asleep, here come the jimmy legs. ...
