    Mycasmom...Yum again! The fudge sounds so good. Chocolate is my favorite food group so I'm partial to that. Laura...I'm sorry to hear of the lupus struggle but it so sweet to hear how your hubby loves you. One of my cousins has lupus and it is such a hard disease. I made spaghetti and meatballs tonight with garlic bread and green beans. Very enjoyable...

    Oh my gosh...I wish I lived close to you. I would be so excited to go to a dinner party that was all gluten free! Plus all the stuff you make looks delish!

    Everyone in my house has caught whatever nasty cough, cold, fever virus is going around. Ugh! Decided to make some soup for dinner...mini meatball and veggie...With some corn bread to go with. Hopefully some comforting, nourishing food will help us to start getting better.

    I was worried about the gut issues as well. I saw a bread in there that looked great until I saw that it called for oat flour...well I can't do that unless I want to be in pain...so, anyway...The pancakes were good. If you make anything from the book, please report back!

    Hi! I received this as a birthday present. So far I've only made the pancakes...which were great. I used King Arthur AP for that. I do not like the taste of Bob's and I've been intimidated by the psyllium husk powder as well so I figured I'd chime in.

    It really is a winter wonderland right now. While I was drinking coffee I just sat and watched it...looks magical.

    It's a beautiful snowy day here...going to roast a chicken for dinner...sounds nice and cozy. I will do some roasted veggies and a tossed salad with.

I also use more butter and mozzarella than listed. Lol! I guess is just a guideline more than a recipe at this point. For noodles last night I used Ronzoni. ...

    These were a huge hit with all! I was asked to make them again and one of my boys asked if he could have the recipe when he's grown up and has his own house. Lol! Tonight I'm making chicken enchiladas and cilantro lime rice.

    Just finished a marinara sauce for French bread pizzas dinner. I still need to bake the bread. I will make cheese ones for the 2 younger kids, the works for hubby and my oldest and a caprese...light on the mozzarella for me. I've just started dabbling in a bit of dairy. I'll make a big tossed salad to go along with.

    The kids have a snow day...they are so excited to go sledding! I'm making chili in the crock pot and corn bread to go with for dinner to warm everyone up.

    It's really good and best of all, everyone likes it including the 3 kids! Tonight we are having crock pot jerk chicken tacos with mango salsa and rice. New recipe...hope its good!

    It's bitter cold and windy here today. I'm making applesauce in the crockpot. The house smells amazing! For dinner I'm making pork chops...serving applesauce with...Also a tossed salad and buttered parmesan noodles.

    The cold makes me want to use the crock pot all the time...so tonight we're having crock pot meat loaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.
