I started LDN a few months ago to help fix my small intestine bacterial overgrowth. A good portion of celiacs have this issue. LDN is a prokenetic meaning it keeps the blowers flowing. Many of Walmart’s great value brand items have this disclaimer in it. That just means that it’s either made in a facility that also has wheat in it or on the same lines. It’s their cover their ass statement. Technically the sauce is made from gluten-free ingredients but Cross contact may have occurred.

Gluten removed beers are not gluten free nor are they safe for celiacs. About 6 months after I was diagnosed I was given one of these beers...I didn't know then what I know now.
