Hi Victoria! I have the exact same severity of reactions to cross contamination! In addition, my gums and lips occasionally swell. Many docs would try to say it was something else beside my celiac. But it always was concluded that gluten had caused the reaction. I as well have been checked into the hospital on several occasions. Crazy how each body reacts...
