Looks like they make several types.

What are the ingredients on the label? does anything say wheat? or wheat flour? barley? malt?

Everything looks safe, but I have glutened myself so many times with things that look safe. I am now paranoid.

Paranoid is no way to live, hon.  ;)  Food labeling laws are in place for a good reason.

 

The only thing I can suggest is..call the company and ask. Just know they will say something like "we cannot guarantee...."

I personally, choose sausages that say "gluten free" on them, but that's just me and I rarely eat them anyway.
