    After much thought (okay. maybe about 20 minutes while finishing my coffee which I did not spill or spit this morning, so yaay for me!) I am thinking a good way to utilize the rest of the roasted chicken (and by the way, those Vietnamese chicken salad rolls are ridiculously good, if I say so myself!) is to make Chicken Tettrazini...with a side of roasted...

    Got so excited thinking about traveling (I have such wanderlust! ) I forgot to say what's for dinner tonight.... Vietnamese chicken salad rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce.<< I could put that stuff on dirt and eat it probably. btw, I can't believe football season has begun.....it's 88 and sunny and it still feels like summer.

    I always love your email updates, so I look forward to new stories. I have to renew my passport and save up some cash. Building a house has wiped me out. lol Next year is looking like a distinct possibility. I know you'd take good care of any of us if we actually showed up.... and you'll love us even more if we bring supplies.

    You know I can't do soy sauce or soy flour, but that small amount of soy lecithin does not bother me and I thought the Gratify brand was very good. Snyders's too. (J prefers those) Dinner tonight is looking like our old pal Chebe Pizza .....and a movie. Storms are rolling in....

    My reply to you was based on you saying you could only find one G F salami. This post is a lot more illuminating than your initial one where it sounded as if you only had that to eat--along with a few crackers and cheese.

    I am stumped by this because I just traveled over 1300 miles in 2 weeks and I found food at every grocery store even in a tiny town in Southern Georgia.. I also made sure I got hotel rooms with a fridge and a micro. It's just better for us if those things are available. Or at least find one with a micro in the lobby. You have to assemble a to-go kit with...
