so funny....my Dad's rule was "whomever cooks does not clean" LOL He was often the first parent home from work, so he started dinner. We all helped, set the table, cut the veggies, etc. We kids usually cleared, put away the "encores" lol and washed and put away the dishes. No machine dishwasher back then. We all had chores. And my SIL is grateful to have... -

I never ate doughnuts much either. In fact, the first doughnut I had that I can recall was a G F one at my friend's G F bakery. It was pretty amazing to eat one warm and still dripping with glaze I think your doughnut recipe looks amazing. I think the pics even made me drool a bit. -

Whaaa? I'm with you.... who is touting this no marbled fat in meat myth? where? where? Nonsense, I say....you need some fat for flavor! Marbled meat = good quality. “No human studies have ever shown that supplementing the diet with beef increases LDL cholesterol. However, studies have shown that oleic acid supplements can decrease LDL.” When doc... -

I only thought intestine problems were for people suffering from celiac disease and i never had any symptoms for stomach problems. But you have celiac disease, hon. Didn't your doctor tell you that? If not, that's a shame because that is what you have. You should have gone G F immediately. And your doctor should be checking the antibodies. This... -

Bobby You really haven't been diagnosed with anything yet. There is a major clinical difference between celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. If you want to be sure about what you are dealing with, please see a GI doctor and have proper testing done. Too many nutritionists, chiropractors, "applied kinesiologists" and acupuncturists are "diagnosing... -

Sorry,I can only report that I love all kinds of coffee and happily, coffee loves me. I drink mine with cream and a teeny bit of sugar. Nothing flavored. No "coffee house jazzy stuff like half-caf mocha soy latte stevia" thingers. But I switched to decaf. (because too much caffeine makes my heart pound a little too fast...) -

Seriously? this is one of the most ridiculous articles I have ever seen posted here on c.com. Of course unDXEd patients report depression...why? because multiple vitamin and nutritional deficiencies and anemia will cause it.... but the headline--AS USUAL--is clearly inflammatory and misleading. I wonder... why can't you stop the flow of these...
