Hang in there. You will feel so much better over time. It's taken a good year for me to really feel like I had a handle on my health and this darn diet...some days, it is still shaky! But at least now, when I get sick, I know it, because I know how it feels to feel great most of the time.

You're so cute. I haven't posted a good bread recipe yet but have to get on it! It is my b'day today and DH is taking me to Edmonton (nearest city 3 hours away) for gluten-free shopping and to spoil me to bits. Have you tried adding unflavoured gelatin or psyllium fibre to your bread? I do not have a bread machine, either, but my KitchenAid mixer is a sturdy sucker. Will post soon. ...

I live.. in the middle of the prairies.. 1/2 way between Saskatoon and Calgary. I grew up here.. a farmers daughter. The irony.. unable to eat wheat!
