You guys!  I'm recently diagnosed and in the typical "I need to prove to myself that I can cook gluten free!" mode.  This was my first gluten-free holiday, and I am so pleased with how everything turned out!

I made my normal creamy mac and cheese recipe, substituting gluten-free elbow noodles and the 1/2 AP flour called for; also made broccoli casserole, and a pumpkin pie! Everything was so good you wouldn't have known they were gluten-free, but I'm most proud of the pie.  And I also made homemade Brazilian cheese bread rolls.
