Night Sweats

Anyone else get really bad night sweats? I been getting them every night for several years now. My room can be freezing cold but I wake up covered in sweat. Some nights it is just minor other nights just drenched and have to use the couch. It is really bad after I get glutened and peaks for a week or so after, so I assumed it has to do with it.  I have also noticed that my stool is more stained with blood after a really bad night........Doctors took blood test and said they would try to find me a place to get scoped that accepts medicaid next month, and told me it could be anything from intestinal damage, partial blockage, bleeding ulcers, to lymphoma. Just getting some insight from others.
