New Recipe

Made this up today, too good not to pass on:

Cut Butternut Squash in half, scoop out seeds.

Micro until soft, and scrape out into a pot.

Add one can of Swansons Chic. Broth, blend with a mixer until smooth, or whisk.

Add 1/2 chunk of your choice of cheese ( I used butterkase) and stir to melt.

Add salt, pepper, fresh chives to taste, nutmeg is a must to taste

Add half & half, or whipping cream

Warm, do not boil.

Enjoy.

This may be a take off of on of Tiffany's recipies. IT IS VERY EASY AND GOOD ENOUGH FOR COMPANY.

I have on vaguely similar but I HIGHLY encourage people to break from recipes and branch out, making creative modificaitons that please their tastebuds, so GO YOU! :-D
