It's possible.  People can be so messy and get crumbs everywhere!

If the towel is dry, I would think giving it a good shake outside would get most crumbs off.  If the towel is damp or wet, more crumbs might stick to it, so I would throw that towel in the laundry and give it a good wash.

You're doing so well.  You are impeccable about cross contamination.  Your body is healing and getting stronger.

You are succeeding!

Doing a happy dance!

In general you may be over thinking some of the things you have brought up here and in your past posts, but I understand the concern, especially if you are very sensitive.

While having an official diagnosis may offer some benefits, especially in places in the UK where the government offers food subsidies, and where follow up tests can be ordered afterwards, there are also drawbacks:

This one is likely gluten-free, with the possible exception of the Fragrance (Parfum), which might require confirmation from the manufacturer due to its proprietary nature. If you have extreme gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, contacting the product manufacturer for verification is recommended. https://chi.com/shop/categories/styling/sprays/44-iron-guard-thermal-protection-spray-1088.html
