when i eat gluten free food, i get these horrible stomach and headaches, brain fog, and cannot sleep at night...But when I do indulge, with a burger or fries or whatever my body craves, my mental stability comes back and am able to sleep...Does anyone else have this problem and how I am suppose to beat it?

How long have you been gluten-free? It could be that you are going through withdrawls but then feel better when you give in and have some gluten. Its like a smoker whos trying to quit or an alcoholic who's trying not to drink. They will feel better when they give in to the cravings but ultimately they are harming themselves. If you havent really been off gluten for any length of time you will still have strong cravings for it.
