That is a nice site. The pictures look great. They said that they have had good results using gluten-free flours. I think I would try one of the recipes that they have for free before spending the $$. Cake is one thing that I haven't been able to make that my daughter liked more than once. I stick to banana muffins for a sweet treat for her right now.

I use applesauce or water/baking powder/oil combo to sub for eggs.

Mom of:

Carleigh~ 10 years old, allergic to wheat, milk, peanuts, strawberries, and many EAs. She is currently soy-light and egg-light ~ celiac testing inconclusive by allergist.

Gluten-Free since 10/05 She's a gymnast. : )

Nick ~ 13 years old with no known allergies.
