I have a recipe that calls for rice semolina. I cannot find this product anywhere. Does anyone know where I can purchase this, or even a brand name so I can contact a manufacturer. Thanks so much

.

Hi,

Semolina, is generally derived from wheat, however, rice that is coarsely ground

is sometimes (inaccurately) refered to as Rice Semolina.

It is also known as Groung Rice or Cream of Rice.

.

This is one brand of Cream of Rice I found.

.

Cream of Rice

.

Hope this helps,

Best Regards,

David
