Lead Brick In Stomach

Recommended Posts

Lately no matter what I eat, and I have been eating lightly I feel like I have a lead brick in my stomach. We did eat out last Saturday, the resturant was good about what I ordered but there is always the risk of cc but this started before that. Does anybody have any ideas on what could be going on. I have been drinking peppermint tea and that helps a little, but my stomach still feels heavy.

Do you normally take probiotics?

If not you should try adding some, they are natural gut bacteria essential for digestion, etc :)

good luck
