Chrissy in England 0 Posted April 10, 2005 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted April 10, 2005 I bought a few celiac disease cook books. Most of the recipes call for 3 or 4 different kinds of flour. I try to go to the local health store to get it all but always leaving without one. So, If I don't have soy or soya flour what can I use instead? Is bean and gram the same kind of flour? Can I use gluten free flour instead of reg flour? If anyone knows the different ways you can substitute all the differnt flours PLEASE let me know! Thanks! Chrissy P.S. Baking makes me happy - I wanna bake somethin'!
