Namaste Blondie Mix

Today my dad made me the Namaste gluten free blondie mix, but I'm not going to actually eat any of it until tomorrow. Does it need to be refrigerated or frozen? It doesn't say anything about it on the bag it came in.

Most baked goods-gluten-free or not don't need to be frozen or refrigerated as far as food safety goes. Some gluten-free baked goods are recommended to freeze soon after making just because they go stale and deteriorate in terms of texture more quickly than gluteny stuff. One day is no problem. Things like molten lava and custardy cakes should be refrigerated as the middle is liquidy, from eggs or dairy and more prone to spoilage.
