Hello! I have not been diagnosed with Celiac but because of an autoimmune thyroid disease, my Dr. suggested that I quit consuming gluten, 8 months agao. I have eliminated it out of my diet. A few days ago, I had icecream from Cold Stone Creamery. I ordered chocolate cake batter flavor and didnt realize it was made with real batter.... within 12 hours i felt sad and depressed and within 24 hrs my muscles were aching as if i'd been hit by a car! I was curious if this is how anyone else responds to gluten. also, the mental side effects linger for about a week if i get into any gluten on accident. is that common?

Every time it is like clock work... i eat it, 24 hrs later im hurting all over my body....

Does this mean i have Celiac?
