Alright, I was watching a commercial the other day with a calzone in it and I decided I need one. I'm going to try to undertake this baking task over the weekend. I need tips for the dough. I usually use Pam's baking mix for sutff... Will this work for dough as well? Thanks for any help you can offer!

I've made little pizza pockets out of the Pamela's baking mix before using the biscuit recipe, works great-but it's more of a crude, pat-out-use-your-fingers-make-a-mess type of thing. I'm not sure how well it would work for larger calzones. I've really only seen them make using a yeast bread/pizza dough recipe.
