Hi, newbie here.

I purchased a whole bunch of flax from Premium Flax company. Their label says Gluten free. I called them just to be sure, I've been a little more paranoid recently, and asked how they know it's gluten-free. He said they only process flax in their facility and they grow it themselves in North Dakota. Then I asked, out of the blue, if they have any wheat on their property, he said yes.

So..is it possible my flax could be contaminated by the wheat growing nearby? I am one of those "don't get sick when I eat gluten" people, so I don't know if I'm getting exposed or not.

Any thoughts?
