So I had the stuff for two pizzas, but failed to buy two bags of Chebe bread pizza mix. Meanwhile, I had worked up a recipe of sorts for potato-kale flatbread (which was supposed to be potato chips, but didn't quite work out) which I couldn't figure out what to do with. Two great tastes that taste great together! So I tried making a pizza (well, a pizza-free pizza; I don't eat dairy anymore) with a potato-kale crust. It was another delightful fiasco. Out of four slices, one actually cohered enough to pass as a pizza slice. The others were more soupy, a good deal more like shepherd's pie. But it was wholly delightful. Recipe (of sorts) upon request.
