so my mother in law and husband seem to think that if i take a probiotic that ill be able to eat gluten soy and lactose now this woman is a nurse

i truly think they are wrong

i will take it, but i really do not think this will fix my problem

what are your thoughts on taking a probiotic ?

probiotics are EXCELLENT for you and can really help your body to be prepared when it encounters infection- but it will not protect you from an intolerance or allergy your body has.
