Hi - just got diagnosed and am trying to manage a new gluten free diet. If a package contains partially hydrogenated soybean oil and monosodium glutamate, are those ingredients safe for me? Thanks.

They are gluten free, if that is the question. Many people will say they aren't good for you but they are gluten free. If you don't have a problem with soy or MSG, they are fine.
