Hi, Can anyone tell me which is the better option in their opinion to test for parasites, yeast, elevated iga etc? The stool test via my GP office or a company called metagenics? Thanks in advance......I need these tummy troubles to be over!!

I would go with the GP first for testing for parasites etc. Most don't do antibody stool testing but there is a company called Enterolab that does testing for stool antibodies to gluten, soy, casien and yeast as well as fecal fat. They don't diagnose celiac but they can tell you if you are making antibodies.
