Need Positive Reinforcement

As a biopsy-diagnosed Celiac for the last 6 or 7 years I've been relentlessly strict with my diet. I feel pretty much fine now but sometimes I get down about being a Celiac...I worry a lot that they'll be complications down the road, in fact, I think I tend to over worry. Can any long time Celiacs add some good positive comments about being a Celiac so I can get some perspective again?

Cheers, as always... :D

Amanda, I have only been gluten free for 2 years, but I will tell you I'm reading Wheat Belly right now, and if I ever had any doubts about eating gluten free...this has solidified it for me. I believe everyone would be healthier cutting most to all wheat out their diets. You are doing your body a huge favor and adding years to your life. I think that as long as you remain strictly gluten free, you don't have to overly worry about complications.
