This site should be able to answer any question you have about the properties of Gluten Free

baking. There will be flours you have never heard of, seeds you didn't know existed, every

question you have, I think you will find it here! I have been stumbling and pinning and I have

learned tons more by that simple act than anything else. Meeting some really wonderful people too!
