  1. Just had my biopsy and my derm took 2 samples too, one from the lesion and the other directly next to it.
  2. Thanks again Scott, I'm not too confident on a positive result as it wasn't a new lesion but have made the connection with a derm who is really interested and the door is open to go back when I have a fresh outbreak if need be.
  3. Hi Scott, thank you for the reply. I only just had my biopsies today, the dermatologist took a red 'bump' and the skin next to it today, now to wait for the results, any idea how long they take? I'm soo impatient haha
  4. Hi everyone, my GP is going to do a couple of biopsies next week for DH. I will have been eating gluten for 6 weeks by then. I have a rash on my arms, elbows, scalp, chest, back and a few odd ones on my legs as well as query pustular psoriasis on my feet, they're all worse since starting this gluten challenge ugh. Can anyone please tell me if I have been...
  5. I think I have DH too and it's getting worse so will let you know the outcome, thanks so much again.
  6. Thank you Scott, I just did a 4 week gluten challenge and didn't think it was enough, think a biopsy is next.
  7. I'm not sure Scott, newbie, I'm presuming it's within the normal range, thanks for your reply. This is my first result while off gluten.
  8. Hi everyone, I have had 2 celiac blood test done, the first when I was gluten free which was anti TTG IgA: 4 units range 0-20. IgA: 2.9g/L 0.8-4.0 range. Had my second result today after a 4 week gluten challenge and results are TTG IgA: 3 IgA 3 same range. The nurse rang me with results and said another false negative and to wait for the doctor to ring...
  9. Hi everyone from NZ. My story is a wee bit long so will try to make it quick! I have had pustular psoriasis on my feet for 3 years, it has never been formally diagnosed as my nurse practitioner was sure that is what it is. I joined a fb group for pp and saw a lot of people saying they had success with a keto diet. So I tried it, I did an 'egg fast diet first...
  10. Thank you, no clue if they do it here in NZ but will ask on Monday.
  11. I am so sorry, that should have said false negative, I had returned to a gluten containing diet and can only blame the brain fog! Currently doing a 4 week gluten challenge, 3 days to go and it's been hell! I stumbled across celiac by accident and if I had known I would never have gone gluten-free. My 'doctor' turned out to be a nurse practitioner (no offense...
  12. Hi, I have been gluten free for 6 weeks and only just been tested. I was doing an elimination diet out of curiosity for a rash on my feet and multiple other symptoms and long story short, have had the results today. Currently waiting to speak to my doctor but can't get my head around a 'false positive' result. Does anyone know what this means please...
